Hey there! I'm Zoe Montague, the Founder and Principal IT Consultant at Silverfern Technology Consultants. My journey in the IT world has been all about resilience, determination, and a passion for helping others. Before starting Silverfern, I worked as a Lead Cloud Engineer at an MSP, where I had the exciting opportunity to start a Cloud Hosting line of business while also serving as a leading member of the IT Operations team. This experience taught me so much about cloud solutions and the importance of innovative IT strategies.
At Silverfern, I prioritize integrity, empathy, and innovation, providing tailored IT solutions that enhance productivity, security, and growth of your MSP or MSSP. As a member of the LGBTQ community, I am proud to lead a woman-owned and LGBTQ-owned business. My experiences have taught me the importance of understanding and supporting the unique challenges faced by others, and I strive to create a company that genuinely cares about the success of its clients and community.
One of my most memorable experiences was flying out to New York City for a cloud migration cutover for a client in the process of acquiring another company. The high stakes and tight timeline made it an intense project, but seeing everything come together smoothly and knowing I played a key role in their success was incredibly rewarding.
